Our no sugar added preserves are made with fresh berries that are never frozen. In addition to berries, we add birch xylitol, fresh lemon juice, and a small amount of fruit pectin to help bind everything together. We also add a very small amount of xanthan gum to prevent crystallization that can occasionally happen with xylitol. Our no sugar added fruit preserves are popular with those on a diabetic, keto, or low-carb diet.
